Falanghina white wine gift baskets: made from 100% Falanghina grapes grown in the area of Benevento. The grapes were harvested in mid September. Malolactic fermentation was only partially carried out and the wine was aged entirely in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. |

After filtration, the wine was bottled and stabilized for an additional month prior to release from the winery. Pale straw color, with elegant, characteristic perfumes, and an intense, long, fruity taste. It is excellent with seafood antipasto, grilled fish, light pasta or rice dishes and white meats.

Greco di Tufo white wine gift baskets: vineyards are located 1,480 feet above sea level, near Naples, exposure and consist of chalky, clay soils. The grapes were harvested in October and vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. |

Production area: Tufo and S. Paolina - Avellino, located 1480 ft. above sea level. Vineyard characteristics: The vines are planted in the Guyot method and yield 4 tons per acre.
